Agreement letter
On 14 April 2026, Camille D. and Alex M. concluded the following agreement, following a mediation facilitated by Cabinet Méridien, concerning: the practical terms of their daily co-living.
This agreement frames three pending points between the parties: noise from refurbishment works, use of the shared garden, and how to handle exceptional situations.
Articles
ART. 1Works generating noise audible beyond the unit (drill, saw, hammer) will take place only between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are excluded, except in cases of written justified emergency.
ART. 2Use of the shared garden remains free for both households. Plantings, furniture and lasting installations (shed, hammock, barbecue) require prior agreement between the parties before installation.
ART. 3The parties commit to contacting each other directly, by written message or in person, in case of occasional inconvenience, before any escalation to the property manager or authorities. A reasonable 48-hour response time is granted to each party.
